  • A step up with more variety, while still keeping costs moderate.

TIER SUMMARY TABLE

FULL BUFFET STYLE CATERING ($425):

  • 6 hour service including staff (setup, serving, cleanup), acrylic plates, forks, napkins. Elevated display with stainless steel chafers, buffet table décor & floral arrangements, and custom menu design.

ON-SITE CHEF EXPERIENCE ($575) (UP TO 20 GUESTS)

  • An intimate, elevated dining experience with onsite cooking by chef, tableside service and presentation, table decorations, custom curated menu. 5 hours max service (set-up, service, breakdown).

DELIVERY & SET-UP ONLY ($175.99)

  • Perfect for casual events and self-serve gatherings. Includes: disposable chafing setup with sternos, serving utensils, simple buffet set-up & arrangement, no staff remains onsite (drop-off only)
  • Plated service (staff serve guests directly. Ideal for weddings or premium events).

STAFFING RATES

  • $20/hour per staff member (minimum 3 hours)
  • 1 staff per 25 guests recommended
  • Hours are billed from arrival to final breakdown
  • Additional hours billed post-event

ADDITIONAL FEES & POLICIES

  • Venue Requirements: If the venue lacks a kitchen or adequate prep area, additional equipment fees will apply.
  • Cake Cutting Service: Additional fee of $50
  • Overtime: Additional charge if the event exceeds contracted service time.
  • Rentals: China, flatware, and linen napkins available via local rental partners ($10 pp).

TASTE TESTING

  • Tasting are held Monday – Thursday from 9AM – 5:30PM or at our Houston, Texas Leasing Office.
  • All tastings must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance and confirmed with payment.
  • Standard tasting: $100 for 2 guests (maximum of 3 guests).
  • Additional guests (up to the max) may incur an added fee.
  • Price includes 4 selected menu items. Additional items amy be added for an extra charge per item.
  • Payment is non-refundable and will be applied toward catering costs.
  • Children are not permitted at tastings.
  • Items are prepared in tasting portions for sampling, not full servings.
  • We will review your likes, dislikes, and preferences while considering your guest list and event style.
  • Please arrive on time. Tastings that start late may have reduced time allocation.
  • Rescheduling requires 48 hour notice; otherwise, a rescheduling fee may apply.
  • Tastings are for menu planning purposes only and not intended as a full dining expereience.
  • Take-home tasting kits (Securely packaged for off-site sampling).
